About Us
Our Founder, Girl Boss Chailea, started the IGE brand because of her L-O-V-E of bath & body products and how good they smell! She has been a fan of products made by big-box retailers, but faced the challenge of ingredients like alcohol, irritating her very sensitive, eczema-prone skin. Unfortunately, Chailea discovered that there are lots of girls just like her, girls who have similar skin problems plagued by dryness, itchiness, and the blemishes these conditions often leave behind. Â
In some cases -- even for Chailea herself, at one point, -- the skin challenges sometimes caused the girls to feel embarrassed by their appearance.  And, this often resulted in them having trouble showing the world just how awesome they really are. So, it marked the beginning of the IT Girl EssentialsTM brand. IT Girl Essentials is a brand for ALL girls...girls who inspire Chailea and her team to create all-natural "essentials" that smell good, and make your skin feel good too! Â
